5-AM understands the positive difference a local business can make, so we give back to the community. For example, we support Fleetwood Town Trust in ‘Creating Stronger, Healthier, More Active Communities’.
This year, we have also generated £6700 of social value. As a result, local communities can become more physically and emotionally healthy.
‘It is great to see 5AM become a confirmed Friend of The Trust unselfishly adding additional value to the programmes & activities we deliver and more momentum to the virtuous businesses cementing charitable relationships with Fleetwood Town FC Community Trust who are already amplifying CSR & Social Value.’

Trust, Chief Executive Officer
In addition, we sponsor a local women’s netball team. It also supports ‘Creating Stronger, Healthier, More Active Communities’, because it enriches the players’ lives and encourages healthier lifestyles.
Blackpool Coastal Housing is committed to supporting its customers and communities. That is why it runs the BCH Community Awards, which celebrate the great work and achievements of its residents.
Resident of the Year Award
We are looking for an individual who has done something so extraordinary that they need to be recognised. This will be someone who has made an outstanding contribution to Blackpool Coastal Housing, their community and/or the lives of others.
We also have an ongoing partnership with My Blackpool Home, a leading local housing provider. Through it, we help improve the well-being and vibrancy of local neighbourhoods.
For example, every quarter our team volunteers a full day, free of charge, for community street clean-ups. As a result, the area looks brighter and feels more pleasant for residents. We believe in giving back and building a sense of community. These efforts also show our commitment to corporate social responsibility.
Together with My Blackpool Home, we therefore aim to improve quality of life for residents and help create a cleaner, greener Blackpool.
